Job Description

We are an exhibition and construction company looking for a responsible and organized HR cum Account Executive to support daily HR and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and staff administration
  • Prepare payroll and maintain employee records
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic accounting reports
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government agencies
  • Handle general office administration duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Experience in construction or exhibition industry is an advantage

Salary:
SGD 3,600 - SGD 4,200 (Depends on experience)

Working Location:
7 Mandai Link

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 9am to 5:30pm / Saturday (Alternate)
