HR Executive Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare.
. Assist General Manager in recruitment of new staff such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, handling onboarding of new staff and exit clearance etc.
. Handle all administrative matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, processing NS claims, childcare leave or parental leave claims.
. Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
. Submission of NS claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave, paternity leave claims.
. Liaise with Insurance company with regards to staff movement.
. Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies and procedures.
Account Assistant Job Responsibilities:
. Able to backup when account role during on leave
. Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables
. Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
. Preparation of weekly and monthly accounts
. Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
. Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
. Background experience in payroll and HR matters is a must
. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
. Proficient in MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulation
. Meticulous, detailed, good organizational and time management skills
. Able to multi-task and willing to work in a start-up environment
. Strong problem solving, analytical and execution skills.
