Responsibilities:
Handle full-set accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and ensure timely month-end closing.
Manage GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and assist in year-end audit coordination.
Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A preparation, and relevant government claims.
Administer HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and maintenance of personnel records.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and work pass applications or renewals when required.
Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field
Preferably with experience in HR and account roles
Responsible, organised and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local tax requirements
Highly organized, meticulous, and independent with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
5.5 working days per week (8.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Fri & Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
