Our parent manufacturing facility in China has been established since 2013, and we have successfully expanded our regional footprint with thriving business operations in Thailand and Malaysia. As part of our global expansion strategy, Singapore is our next major launchpad.

Built on robust manufacturing capabilities and zero bureaucracy, we move fast and price competitively. We are currently building our founding pioneer team in Singapore from scratch. Job Summary

Manage and execute full-set accounting and essential HR functions independently for our newly established Singapore office. Ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth payroll administration, compliance with local labor regulations, and efficient daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and maintain full-set accounts (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Flow management)

  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and timely closing of accounts

  • Manage quarterly GST submissions, corporate tax preparation, and assist with year-end audit coordination

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including CPF submissions, IR8A, and relevant government claims

  • Oversee HR administration, including employee onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and personnel file maintenance

  • Coordinate recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling) and handle work pass applications or renewals if required

  • Support general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling both full-set accounts and HR/payroll administration in Singapore

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related discipline

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and standard MS Office applications (especially Excel)

  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local tax requirements

  • Highly organized, meticulous, and independent with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Base salary: $3,500 - $4,000 + AWS

  • Standard working hours, 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
