The intern will be attached to the Human Resource and Corporate Communications department and will support the team in the following activities:-
Human Resource
- Supporting the recruitment function that comprises of hiring, selection, and onboarding
- Planning and conducting employee engagement programs and initiatives and
- Working closely with stakeholders to implement organisational development, innovation and change management programs.
Corporate Communications
- Assisting in corporate identity and branding activities
- Supporting the social media team in content production and management and
- Participating in ongoing and new corporate communications projects.
Requirements
- Proficient in business communications as well as written and spoken English.
- Be motivated, resourceful, meticulous, independent and results-oriented.
- Be a team-player who is able to multi-task and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Keen interest in gaining experience as a HR generalist
