Job Summary
As an HR Coordinator Intern with PeopleSearch, you will gain hands-on exposure to the executive recruitment process in engineering, construction, and related industries. You will support consultants in sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting research, and learning the foundations of client advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for technical and professional roles through job portals (MCF, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) and referrals
- Screen candidate profiles for suitability and support CV submissions to clients
- Conduct industry research and talent mapping to build candidate pipelines
- Assist consultants with interview coordination and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Provide detailed evaluation and input into candidate assessments, using structured scripts and feedback formats
Requirements
- Polytechnic graduate or university student (internship or temp)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Street smart, resourceful, and proactive in learning
- Strong sourcing ability communication skills an advantage
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
