Job Description
- Advise clients on Work Pass applications in accordance with the FEP framework
- Provide hands-on support for job advertising on MCF
- Manage onboarding schedules for new hires of the client
- Oversee Educational Verification for EP/ S Pass applications under the COMPASS framework
- Coordinate seminars and webinars end-to-end, including landing page setup, EDM campaigns, contact management on HubSpot, Squarespace, and payment processing via Stripe
- Support the arrangement of client meetings and site visits
- Assist with business reports, proposals, and analytical work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or management consulting is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events such as webinars, seminars, or workshops is required
- Past experience working on HR or finance-related projects within multicultural teams, including Vietnamese, Malaysian, and other ASEAN nationalities, is required. This role supports communication between regional group entities across Southeast Asia, with Singapore serving as the regional headquarters.
- Work or study experience outside one's home country is strongly advantageous. Given that this team's core mandate is advising clients on cross-border expansion, all consultants are strongly encouraged to have spent an extended period living, working, or studying in a country other than their country of origin
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential Japanese proficiency is a significant advantage for client-facing work and project management responsibilities involving Japanese-speaking clients
- Willingness to travel to Japan and ASEAN markets (typically 1 to 2 times per month)
