The Role
Lead and scale our SDR function across Asia. You'll drive pipeline generation, coach a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute our GTM strategy.
Location: Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (hybrid/remote)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an SDR team (inbound/outbound)
- Own pipeline and performance KPIs
- Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs
- Improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally on GTM execution
- Implement tools, reporting, and scalable processes
Your profile
Requirements
- 5+ years in SDR/BDR roles, 2+ years managing teams
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Strong track recording pipeline generation and team performance
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft
- Familiar with data platforms (ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
