Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of competency frameworks and HR learning initiatives, guiding HR teams to enhance organizational capability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement competency frameworks from the ground up to align with organizational goals
- Assign training course for identified competency
- Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to perform Training Gap Analysis
- Develop process to measure effectiveness of learning and development initiatives with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Collaborate effectively within a part-time work arrangement, in office/on-site 2 to 3 days per week
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in Learning & Development
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- IHRP-SP Certified
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in construction, process, or offshore/marine industries
Other Information
- Part-time position requiring 2 to 3 days in office weekly
