We are looking for adjunct future-ready Adult Educators who are passionate about transforming HR practices through innovation, digitalisation and AI and instrumental in helping the employees of our members succeed. If you are a die-hard professional who enjoys facilitating a classroom experience and discussing how AI is redefining HR, this role is for you.

You will be at the forefront of people development - equipping HR leaders, managers and employers with the skills to navigate the future of work. Being a practitioner-first educator, you bring real-world insights into the classroom, curious about AI and the future of work. You have the ability to engage both HR executives and business leaders.

We have various opportunities for experienced professionals who are ready to enter into a professional adjunct relationship with us. A competitive rate from $800 $1,200 per day will be given for Training facilitation and assessment which commensurate with experience.

The Mission and Role

A) Deliver Transformational Learning

  • Facilitate engaging, high-impact training (classroom & virtual)
  • Use experiential methods: case studies, simulations, role plays
  • Adapt delivery to suit diverse learner profiles and industries

B) Drive Learning Effectiveness

  • Conduct pre-training diagnostics and post-training assessments
  • Measure learning outcomes and improve programme impact
  • Provide coaching and actionable feedback to learners

C) Lead in Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of HR and AI trends and ecosystem integration
  • Contribute to new flagship programmes and solutions
  • Engage industry stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact at public events

The Person we are looking for

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
  • IHRP/SHRM/CIPD
  • ACTA/ ACLP certification preferred

Experience

  • 6 10 years of generalist HR and IR practitioner experience
  • Proven track record in adult learning and facilitation with funded and non-funded programs
  • Exposure to HR digitalisation or AI integration with HR responsibilities is a strong advantage

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong grounding in HR frameworks, competency architecture and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR tech tools usage and AI platforms
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and data analytics skills
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into practical learning
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organisational performance and employer priorities.
