Job Description
We're partnering with a leading financial services technology company to appoint an experienced interim leader for a high-priority, high-profile change initiative.
This is a 12-month interim contract for someone who can bring structure and pace to a business-critical talent acquisition project. You'll need to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage competing stakeholder expectations, and keep the project on track under scrutiny.
What we're looking for:
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.

What we're looking for:
- A background in technology, fintech, or as a TA/HR Business Partner embedded within a financial services technology function
- Strong, demonstrable talent acquisition experience, ideally at scale or within a change/transformation context
- Highly structured thinker — able to build and run a clear project plan, not just execute ad hoc requests
- Solid understanding of change management principles and how to apply them practically to a TA-led initiative
- Resilience and strong emotional intelligence — this is a visible project and you'll need to manage yourself, your stakeholders, and the pressure that comes with it
- Singapore employment relations experience is a plus but not essential — a separate workstream is already covering this
