Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a competitive global compensation framework, including fixed pay and variable incentives.
  • Develop and manage salary bands and job grading structures aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness.
  • Build and implement performance management systems for global and remote teams (e.g. OKRs, 360 feedback).
  • Partner with business leaders to support goal setting, performance reviews, and fair evaluations.
  • Design and manage performance-linked incentive and bonus programs.
  • Develop innovative reward programs aligned with business growth and talent needs.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and incentive payout processes.
  • Build and maintain C&B dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage HR systems and compensation data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate professionally with overseas teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with background in large-scale tech or multinational companies.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing C&B frameworks and incentive programs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of conducting benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
  • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly accountable, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
