Human Resource Talent ExecutiveRecruit Express Human Resource team is seeking for an Excited & Driven HR Talent Executive to hire & grow the entity in Singapore. In this job, the recruiter will develop his/her senses in hiring, conduct effective interviews & understand the nuances in profiling & identifying the right talents for the organisation.
Job ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Full Recruitment Cycle):
- Be the thought leader in terms of developing strategies in talent attraction (Job Portals, School Relations, Social Media etc.)
- Be creative & impactful in sourcing qualified candidates to develop a talent pipeline for the organisation’s growth.
- Conduct Interviews & use test assessments to profile & select targeted Talents
- Hire & drive expansion for the company
- Be the representative of the RE brand & culture to external applicants
Job Requirements- Minimum degree in any discipline
- Proficient MS Office
- Good Track records in Sports CCA welcome
