Role Overview
Join our HR team and gain first-hand exposure to the dynamic world of Human Resources within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As an HR Business Partnering, Performance & Engagement Intern, you will partner closely with HR professionals to support initiatives across Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and Process Improvement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, work with cross-functional stakeholders, leverage AI and digital tools, and gain valuable insights into strategic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & HR Business Partnering
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities for both full-time and internship positions.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer and onboarding-related processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities where applicable.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on day-to-day workforce matters and ad-hoc HR projects.
2. Employee Engagement Survey (EES) & Employee Experience Initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of Employee Engagement Survey (EES) initiatives and engagement activities.
- Assist with staff tagging, organisational data validation, and survey readiness exercises to ensure a smooth survey launch.
- Design and develop presentation decks, reports, communication materials, and engagement resources for various stakeholders.
3. Total Performance Management (TPM)
- Track and monitor TPM milestones, timelines, and completion rates throughout the performance cycle.
- Consolidate, validate, and analyse performance management data before and after moderation exercises.
- Perform data quality reviews and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of TPM records and reporting.
- Prepare communication materials, dashboards, and reports to support TPM initiatives.
4. HR Analytics & Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing HR workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, standardise, automate, or enhance processes.
- Explore the use of AI and digital productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence across HR.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, employee engagement, talent acquisition, organisational development, and people analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and an interest in applying them to improve work processes.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to explore innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
