Job Description

We are seeing a Mid-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, culture, and growth.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
  • Experience in a services or consulting environment preferred.[SME].
  • Strong understanding of Singapore and Regional employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
