Responsibilities
TikTok will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require TikTok's sponsorship of a visa. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to provide support to our TikTok Engineering teams. You will be responsible for employee relations, retention and supporting initiatives such as performance reviews, while also improving existing processes and procedures collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
As we continue to rapidly grow, you will also assist in building innovative new programs to support our R&D teams as they scale. About the Team The R&D team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.
To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department.
