Our client is a prominent Singapore-based healthcare provider based in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing Human Resources team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Support one of the key business divisions at a strategic level, partnering closely with the Business Division Head and other senior stakeholders to continuously review and improve the quality delivery of HR services.
- Provide sound HR advice on all strategic people matters, working with the broader HR Team on continuous improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs and processes.
- Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management,employment relations, HR processes, and systems.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with at least 6 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn.
