Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join their Singapore team. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and talent advisory.

Working closely with business leaders across Singapore and the wider region, this individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR business partnering support while driving recruitment initiatives across key business functions and experienced-hire mandates. The role will partner closely with leadership teams to understand workforce needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure the firm attracts, develops, and retains high-calibre professionals in a competitive market.

In addition to leading recruitment activities, the successful candidate will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The position offers a unique blend of business partnering and talent acquisition responsibilities, making it ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will bring solid experience within an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition Partner capacity, preferably gained within professional services, financial services, consulting, legal, accounting, or another multinational environment. Experience managing experienced-hire and senior-level recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end recruitment processes will be highly regarded. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate within a partnership-driven environment are essential for success in this role.
