Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace matters, and people-related decisions.
Manage employee relations cases and conduct workplace investigations where necessary, recommending fair and appropriate resolutions.
Implement and review HR policies, programmes, and practices to promote consistency and compliance with applicable employment legislation.
Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and organisational development initiatives.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen HR service delivery.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to implement practical and effective people solutions.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Contribute to strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline and above.
At least 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering and employee relations.
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
Sound understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and applicable employment legislation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to provide practical recommendations on people-related matters.
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
