Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Business Partner / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Assistant will oversee HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include recruiting top talent, managing performance reviews, creating strategic HR initiatives, and providing support for employee engagement and development. Collaboration with leadership to align HR efforts with organizational goals is a central aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR and talent acquisition roles is an asset
