JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, and HR operations.
- Reporting to the HR Director, this role acts as a key HR partner to management, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives that support business objectives and a high-performance culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR activities from recruitment and onboarding to development and separation
- Support manpower planning, transfers, promotions, and compliance with employment regulations
Performance Management & Talent Support
- Coordinate performance review cycles, goal setting, and improvement plans
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
Employee Relations & Advisory
- Advise managers on employee matters, performance issues, and disciplinary actions
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns professionally
Compensation, Benefits & Welfare
- Administer compensation, insurance, leave, and staff welfare programs
- Ensure alignment with market practices and internal policies
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitor employment law changes and update policies as needed
HR Systems & Stakeholder Support
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, local management, and external vendors
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of broad HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations
- Experience in multinational or regional environments preferred
