As an HRBP, you will work closely with the business to support workforce planning, performance management and development, helping teams build the capabilities they need to succeed.
Our People team is essential in ensuring that Secretlab's team members are primed to continue delivering at a world-class level on all our initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted advisor to assigned business leaders, providing practical guidance that balances business needs and employee considerations
- Partner HoDs to develop and execute people plans, aligned with business strategy
- Anticipate people risks and proactively recommend solutions
- Coach managers on giving effective feedback and performance conversations, while strengthening their overall leadership capability, including setting clear expectations, developing their people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive bi-annual performance review cycles
- Advise and manage Employee Relations (ER), Grievances and Case Management in line with local employment laws
- Support organisational design and change initiatives
- Drive implementation of company-wide people initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant courses of study
- 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with experience as an HRBP (or equivalent)
- Proven track record partnering leaders on performance management and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment while remaining empathetic.
- Experience supporting regional stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management
- High comfort with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities and a hands-on environment
- Exceptional proficiency in your written and spoken English and Chinese.
