Job Description

HR Business Partner - Pioneer Sector - MNC Industrial Packaging

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, CPF, and statutory HR matters
  • Administer work permits, medicals, insurance, and MOM compliance
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, exits, and re-employment
  • Maintain HRIS, personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and surveys
  • Coordinate internships and employee engagement initiatives
  • Report to HR Manager

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Knowledge in managing foreign workers.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Employment Laws and regulations.
  • Require minimum 3 years experience
  • Must have payroll experience and CPF related matter

Working hour:

Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
