Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, CPF, labor laws, etc.)
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and confidential information
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors (if applicable)
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned departments
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support organizational change and HR projects as needed
HR Operations
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain HR documentation and reports
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll processing
Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience in an HR Business Partner or advisory role is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
