Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading retail organization to appoint an HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives across the business.
You will act as a trusted HR partner, supporting the full spectrum of HR functions while partnering with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support. You will lead recruitment efforts for key positions, drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. You will advise managers on employee relations matters, champion engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Alongside this, you will oversee the design and review of competitive pay structures and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis, and manage annual salary review and bonus cycles. In addition, you manage the benefits administration and employee communication to ensure clarity in all rewards matters.
The successful candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field and bring 6 to 10 years of HR experience, including knowledge of rewards. Strong knowledge of local employment laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR systems are essential.
