Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading retail organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner (with Compensation & Benefits). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team to drive HR initiatives across the business.
As the trusted HR partner, you will be supporting the HR functions alongside managing the Compensation & Benefits needs. You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR solutions. You will manage recruitment efforts for key hires, drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. You will advise managers on employee relations matters, champion engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
You will manage the design and review of competitive pay structures and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis, and manage annual salary review and bonus cycles. You will manage the benefits administration and employee communication to ensure clarity in all rewards matters.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant HR experience including in-depth knowledge in Compensation & Benefits. Strong knowledge of local employment laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR systems are essential.
