Job Title: HR Business Partner

Main Responsibilities
Talent Management (25%): Driving internal talent strategies and organizational growth.
Learning & Development (20%): Overseeing employee skill enhancement and training programs to meet business objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruitment (20%): Managing advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and the onboarding/exit process for all colleagues.
Internship Management (15%): Sourcing interns from local institutions, coordinating their screening/onboarding, and overseeing the program's compliance and execution.
Core Operations (5%): Processing payroll, managing work permits for foreign labor, and administering employee insurance and leave.
Reporting (5%): Compiling essential HR metrics, including headcount, overtime, and mandatory MOM surveys.
Data Integrity (5%): Maintaining accurate records in the HRIS and ensuring physical personnel files (P-Files) and the Employee Handbook are current.
Culture & Projects (5%): Supporting company events like Townhalls, Anchor Days, and recreational POW WOW activities.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
3+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
Strong operations and business partnering backgrounds, particularly in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Singapore Employment Laws, foreign labor management, and payroll processing.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite and experience with HRIS systems.
Proficiency in numerical and communication skills is essential for reporting and internal/external liaison.
Regularly coordinating with governmental bodies such as MOM, IRAS, CPF Board, and Unions.
