Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and departments to support strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning
- Review and enhance HR policies, programmes, and processes to align with business objectives and market practices
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and rewards
- Provide professional HR advisory support to employees and stakeholders on HR matters and best practices
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to recommend improvements and support decision-making
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and corporate events where required
- Support initiatives related to staff well-being, workplace culture, and employee experience
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Possess good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and projects
