Job Scope:

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the execution of people strategies that align with the organisation's long-term business objectives.

  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including talent pipeline development and succession planning.

Recruitment & Talent Development

  • Manage recruitment activities, including graduate or trainee programmes, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and internal departments to ensure timely hiring and effective workforce planning.

  • Organise and oversee structured training schedules and monitor the development progress of trainees and new hires.

  • Support the design and implementation of career development initiatives to strengthen internal talent capabilities.

HR Governance, Policies & Compliance

  • Provide HR advisory support to management on employee matters, HR policies, and best practices.

  • Review and enhance existing HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits to ensure alignment with organisational needs.

  • Develop new HR frameworks covering areas such as talent management, performance evaluation, compensation structures, and employee development.

  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies across regional or affiliated entities where applicable.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare and consolidate HR-related data and reports for internal stakeholders and headquarters.

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, including system enhancements or HR digitalisation projects.

  • Support other HR-related initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations and labour practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees and management.

  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
