HR Business Partner (Healthcare)

Job Scope:

. Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to business leaders on policies, procedures, best practices, and employment laws.

. Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

. Manage the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.

. Review, develop, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and optimise internal processes.

. Collaborate with senior management to drive smooth day-to-day HR operations and support a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships at all levels.

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR processes effectively.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
