Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing employment documents
- Handle HR operations such as personnel records, contract management, and staff movements
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave, and payroll-related matters
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Provide support in HR reporting and compliance requirements
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
