PURPOSE
The HR Business Partner partners the CHRO and business leaders to translate strategy into people outcomes. The role acts as a trusted advisor, thought leader across talent, organization, performance, and employee relations-ensuring compliance while enabling performance, engagement, and growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partner business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
Coach managers on performance, development, engagement, and people leadership.
Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure MOM compliance.
Lead workforce planning and support talent acquisition and succession.
Drive key HR initiatives including engagement, rewards, and HR system rollouts.
Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Collaborate actively with HR operational team to ensure seamless support for the business
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Proven HR Business Partnering for over 7 to 10 years in a dynamic environment (Financial Institution Experience preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation (MOM).
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Commercially minded, solutions focused and highly resourceful
Confidently handling sensitive and complex issues.
Proficient in HR systems, ideally Workday.
Comfortable using data to support decision-making.
Ability to plan with a clear end in mind that provides full satisfaction to Business leaders
