Hatch Asia is partnered with a reputable Global Freight Forwarding company in search for an HR Business Partner executive based in Singapore. The role will collaboratively work with the different Business Unit Heads and Regional HR Business Partners.

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Executive to join its regional team. This role will work closely with Business Unit Heads and Regional HR leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities, ensuring that talent, culture, and performance initiatives support sustainable business growth.

The Challenges

  • Partner with business leaders and senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on talent management, performance development, and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to forecast workforce needs, lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, and support the development of robust succession pipelines.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to business units, offering expert advice and actionable HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between business operations and the HR function.
  • Support the implementation of people initiatives including performance reviews, learning and development programs, and change management activities.

What It Takes

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical people initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in decision-making, problem-solving, and managing diverse teams across different cultures.
  • Deep understanding of performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
