Job Description
This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across employer branding, social media, content creation, design and outreach initiatives.
You will support in developing engaging content and branding initiatives that strengthen AGO's employer brand and enhance our engagement with prospective talent.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Content Creation & Branding
• Support the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and production to post-production, to showcase AGO's work and promote AGO as an employer of choice.
• Develop eDMs (eg, staff giveaways, back-to-school notices) and other digital content for HR's internal communications.
• Review and refresh existing outreach collaterals for career fairs, such as recruitment banners and brochures, and propose new designs to keep them current and engaging.
• Conceptualize and design new outreach collaterals for career fairs.
• Propose and develop HR-related content for the corporate website.
• Keep abreast of social media trends, content formats and best practices, and recommend relevant ideas for AGO's employer branding efforts.
Outreach & Marketing Initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of scholarship events.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential marketing opportunities to strengthen scholarship branding.
• Provide on-site content and logistical support for recruitment and outreach programmes, -as well as other relevant HR-related events.
• Provide administrative and project support for employer branding initiatives and other ad-hoc assignments where required.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree studies in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Design or a related field.
• Creative and curious, with an interest in employer branding, marketing, storytelling and digital content.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Resourceful, proactive and comfortable contributing new ideas.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from October 2026 to March 2027.
