Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Associate/Senior for a global shipping client. This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of enterprise-wide talent practices across leadership development, learning and development and culture, as well as the performance management and total rewards.

The ideal candidate should bring at least 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to talent management, performance frameworks, or rewards. The role requires adaptability, self-direction, and the ability to collaborate across functions to align HR initiatives with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage global performance management frameworks, including goal-setting standards and review processes.
  • Develop and maintain a total rewards strategy, ensuring competitive compensation structures, benefits governance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and oversee role architecture and career progression frameworks to support consistency, fairness, and talent mobility across regions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR and talent data, supporting reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align performance and rewards practices with organizational strategy and workforce priorities.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and fairness practices in compensation and performance processes across diverse geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (advanced certification a plus)
  • 5+ years experience in performance management, C&B, or related HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and performance cycles, with regional/global exposure preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS, compensation platforms, and global compliance practices
  • Skilled in policy development, data analysis, and providing strategic insights
