Dymon Asia Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy HR Associate to support day-to-day HRIS operations, including employee data management, reporting, and the administration of the HiBob system. This role will play a key part in supporting a data migration initiative, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, improving system workflows, and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & System Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day support of the HiBob HRIS, including user queries, issue resolution, and access management.
- Maintain and update employee data across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding) within HiBob
- Configure and support HiBob workflows (e.g., approvals, lifecycle events, document management)
- Partner with HR stakeholders to continuously improve system utilization, data structure, and process efficiency
- Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new HiBob features, modules, and enhancements
HR Data Management and Governance
- Support the data migration from SuccessFactors to HiBob, including reviewing employee data and preparing records for upload
- Identify discrepancies and update records inline with HR data guidelines and structure
- Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support ongoing data clean-up and validation activities
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for data updates
HR Dashboards & Reporting (People Analytics)
- Support the design, maintenance, and regular updating of HR dashboards within HiBob (e.g., headcount, attrition, onboarding, diversity metrics)
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for HR and business stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across all reports and dashboards
- Support basic analysis of HR data and highlight key trends or observations
- Work with the HR team to understand reporting needs and improve data presentation and usability
Records Management & Documentation
- Organize and maintain employee records within HiBob and shared HR repositories
- Ensure proper digital filing, naming conventions, and archiving practices
- Support compliance with data privacy and document retention policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS-related roles
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Employment Type
This is a 6-month contract role supporting key HRIS and data migration initiative. High-performing candidates may be considered for conversion to a permanent position, subject to business needs and individual performance.
