Dymon Asia Capital is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR Associate Director to drive the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant HR service delivery. The role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, optimize HR processes, implement automation initiatives, and lead HR projects that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, job changes, offboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Oversee the integrity and governance of employee data within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with internal controls, data privacy requirements, and employment regulations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operational support and implement business-driven initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing best practices to enhance HR service delivery.
- Drive HR digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations
- Develop, maintain, and regularly review HR operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Monitor HR operational metrics and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insight sand recommendations to HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations across all HR operational activities.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coach and provide guidance to junior HR team members, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6 - 8 years of progressive HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HRIS experience, preferably within a regional or global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and employment practices.
- Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms HiBob, Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
