Dymon Asia Capital is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented HR Associate on a 6-month contract to support a data clean-up and records management initiative. This role will focus primarily on employee profile validation, data accuracy, and documentation housekeeping within the HR system (HiBob).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in HR Operations role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Good knowledge of HR Operations processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems (HiBob and/or SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and clean up employee profiles in the HR system (HiBob) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Validate employee data against source documents and identify discrepancies.
- Update and standardize employee records in accordance with HR data architecture.
- Organize and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of HR shared folders.
- Support data audits and compliance checks.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as required.
