Responsibilities

• Provide end to end support for company's recruitment needs, including managing candidates and onboarding
• Prepare and maintain employment records for hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, etc.
• Assist in administration and reporting related to employee self-service system, including leave, transfers, and mobile attendance
• Take on ad-hoc HR projects of various objectives relating to the recruitment and operations of the company.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
• Meticulous with positive work attitude
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Able to think critically
• Able to commit to a 3 day work week (2 half-days + 1 full-day)
• Able to start from June 2026
