HR Responsibilities
. Assist with day-to-day operations of applicable HR functions and duties.
. Support HRMS system including leave, performance appraisal, claims.
Admin Responsibilities
. Assist with day-to-day smooth operations of the office.
. Responsible for incoming mail, faxes, office keys, notices and circulation of memos, as well as the general tidiness of the office.
. Raises selective purchase requisitions in ERP system and monitor their delivery.
. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment including adequate stock of consumables.
Requirements
. Minimum GCE O Level
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent email communication
. Meticulous and attention to details
. Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes
. At least 1 year office work experience and hands-on with Infotech HRMS and Dynamic Navision ERP an advantage
