Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Review candidate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Prepare and finalize employment contracts while managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate and schedule employee training programs, both internal and external, to align with organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
Ensure company policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards and provide guidance to employees to ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is a plus.
