HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in HR Operations
