About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting overall HR strategies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Monitor and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, marine, or engineering industries
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling foreign workers and work pass applications
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and HRIS systems
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
