Human Resource Assistant
5 days work week (Office hours)
Job Descriptions
- Assist in coordinating training activities with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the application and renewal processes for Work Permits (WP) and S Pass (SP)
- Assist with applications to the Singapore Nursing Board
- Prepare HR-related documentation, including appointment and confirmation letters
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and proper filing systems
- Oversee and coordinate activities for the Staff Recreation Club
- Oversee the Hostel Cleanliness
- Oversee the uniform stocks and issue to staff
- Provide general support for other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Executive position
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and standard HR practices in Singapore
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
