Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to daily administrative duties within HR department such as preparing document for interviews, scanning, filing and etc
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for interview schedules
  • Job postings and coordinate with recruitment agencies
  • Maintain employee's leave and attendance records
  • Maintain employee's medical claims records
  • Prepare, maintain accurate employees personal records with regularupdating in Info Tech system
  • Prepare employees letters where required
  • Responsible for ordering stationeries and pantry consumables
  • Preparing of access cards, checklist for new employees
  • Work with external vendors for system issues
  • Administer and keep track of trainings for the employees
  • Assist in work permits applications
  • Participate in company welfare organization and other events
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in HR/Admin/Business related field
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, able to work with all levels of employees
  • Mature, responsible, positive and proactive, able to work in a team and work independently with minor supervision, in fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and neat with details, sensitive with numbers
  • 1-2 years working experience as a Generalist role
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
