Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with CPF and tax regulations.
Manage the administrative lifecycle of foreign manpower documentation, including the application, renewal, and cancellation of various work passes via MOM portals.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR practices align with the Singapore Employment Act.
Support general office administration and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or payroll-related role.
Strong familiarity with MOM regulations and portal operations (EPOL/WPOL).
Meticulous with numbers and highly organized.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
