1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for site and office positions.
Support onboarding including employment contracts, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).
Maintain manpower records and track expiry of permits and passes.
2. HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave records.
Support compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety requirements.
Assist in handling employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and grievances in coordination with supervisors.
3. Training & Development
Coordinate training programs such as WSQ courses, safety training, and other skills development initiatives.
Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.
4. Payroll & Benefits
Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and overtime data.
Support administration of employee benefits, medical claims, and allowances.
Maintain leave records using HRIS or manual systems.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and company events.
Support foreign workers with accommodation, pass renewals, and transport coordination.
