Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
  • Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
  • Provide HR support and respond to employee enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate employee training, safety courses, and mandatory certifications.
  • Manage foreign worker matters, including accommodation, medical appointments, insurance, and related welfare.
  • Coordinate and submit WICA claims to insurers and relevant parties.
  • Report workplace accidents and incidents to the relevant authorities when required.
  • Liaise with injured employees, supervisors, medical providers, insurance companies, and MOM regarding WICA cases.
  • Ensure timely submission of WICA documentation and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with general administrative duties.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, and work pass administration.
  • Experience with Info-Tech Payroll System is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities work effectively.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
