Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions in recruitment, employee engagement and administration.
  • Handle work pass application/renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Manage from onboarding to offboarding process.
  • Conduct orientation and exit interview.
  • Manage Re-employment contract and employees contract renewal.
  • Maintain and update employees personal files.
  • Handle staff disciplinary, grievances, complaints, and performance improvement plan.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage/support in continuous improvement HR systems and processes.
  • Review HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous, committed and take initiatives.
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
