Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Duties
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and staff documentation
- Support payroll preparation and HR correspondence
- Coordinate staff training and welfare activities
Accounts / Clerical Duties
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and petty cash claims
- Record daily transactions and update accounting entries
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Maintain filing systems and other administrative tasks
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., MYOB)
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
